Beta Readers and More
Time I started using this, so, let me begin such:
I am now writing for Snape_after_dh and Harry_holidays, as well as my own fiction, which leaves me in a pretty dire situation. Let me explain: I have never, ever used a beta reader, and the quality of my fic has suffered for it. It's general little things: repetition of words, sentences that go on too long, lack of concentration resulting in the wrong verb or tense, and typical typoes not picked up by Microsoft Word (like to and too, had and has, whole and hole).
This means that I am desperate. I need a beta reader; or for someone to put me into contact with a place where I can get one. Specifically I need help for:
* Lucius/Harry post-DH fiction, hurt/comfort of a sort, touch of angst, canon compliant. R rated. * Harry-gen into Snarry post-DH fiction, mostly canon compliant apart from that one critical detail, and also a little hurt/comfort. PG-13, with minor character death (canon compliant), a lot of angst; preslash, to inevitably be R-NC-17 later. * Snarry animagus fic, touch of angst, touch of h/c, touch of comedy. Post-DH, mostly canon compliant, but don't quote me on that. Somewhere between PG-13 and R, but I haven't decided.

In other news, I am now a member of Team Angst in the Snarry Games, and have to make some decision as to what genres to choose to draw. Need something that'd generate some major love, and since I've already drawn Snape's death scene from DH, and his flight from the tower, it's going to have to be something entirely different. Oh brain...why do you desert me now?

Finally, it's coming up to the public vote for the first week of Wizardwatch. Neville's already made a few enemies in the house, apparently; Draco and Montague have already voted for him, but that's just because they're jealous. If you'd like to see more of the Herbology Hero, and he's in the final vote, then he will need your help. Keep watching!
